COVID-19 UPDATE: We ship 6 days a week (Monday - Saturday) to addresses within the US. We are currently shipping same-day for most items, although some things like originals may take longer to prepare and pack (2-3 days). The USPS may take up to a week for delivery in the US, or perhaps longer. The USPS is experiencing delays across the country and it may take up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive. We appreciate your patience.
Most worldwide shipping is indefinitely suspended.
Spellbound Brush is owned and operated by Tiffany Toland-Scott. Usually, "we", is one person, sometimes two. We do our best to ship things to you quickly and pack your order accurately. Sometimes we get sick, sometimes we make mistakes. We ask for and appreciate your patience during those times!
Please contact email@example.com with any issues within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and a description of the problem along with photos if your order is damaged.
We ship to the address you provide at checkout. If you provide the wrong address and don't tell us before we ship your order, we can't replace it and the postal service won't help us either. If you realize you've made an error, e-mail us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All sales are final. We are a small home-based business and offering returns would be unsustainable. If we make a mistake we will always fix it. If the post office lost or ruined something we will do our best to fix it.
We ship most orders via USPS. We always try to ship things quickly but some things may require additional handling time. Please allow up to 10 days for your order to arrive within the United States. Outside the United States please allow up to 6 weeks. Some large paintings may be shipped via UPS instead.
Additional customs fees may be due when you receive your order outside the United States. We cannot lie about the value or contents of your package because that is fraud. We are not responsible for customs fees or import taxes that you may incur. We are not responsible for packages lost or seized by customs.
Shipping insurance is automatically included on orders that are shipped via Priority Mail. If you choose First Class Mail, it will be uninsured.
